The Energy of Autumn

With our recent blustery Autumn days, how many of us snuggled up at night listening to the sound of leaves rustling, soothing us as we went to sleep.
Sometimes in this blustery world, our feet hardly touch the ground, as we rush about our busy day.
A good way to help yourself ground, is to walk mindfully through your garden, feeling the rustle of leaves under your feet.
As you walk out in morning or during day, feel the earth beneath your feet, listen to the sounds of the wind and leaves, perhaps walk underneath a tree - gently wait, rest for a few moments feeling it's umbrella of autumnal colours over  your head. Soothing you, giving a calm, a quietness, a peace.
During your day bring your attention back to that umbrella of leaves, the light shining through the russet colours. Breathe in the energy of the tree, sense how it revitalises you in this moment. Focus on one colour in the leaf on the tree, or in your view - Keep this colour with you for the day, reminding you to pay attention to the sounds of Autumn.
With this colour place all your hopes for day, - each morning as you wake or walk out as you walk to feel your ground, visualise that hope gaining more strength, ... feel it in your heart. As you sense a glow in your heart, allow the universe to work its magic in the rustle of the colour...... a leaf wish blowing in the wind ... bringing your hope to fruition.

Creative Visualisation Using Sound

How a simple visualisation used creatively, can bring forth ones Joie de Vivre!
When I was a child I loved the round of bees humming. Some people fear the bee because of its sting but the bee rarely stings; only if the bee feels under threat. A way of being aware is to note, the pitch of the hum changes as a warning threat. ....
Humming voice has always been noted as a soothing melodic tone.

Creative Visualisation -  A Hummimg Sanctuary

Sit in a comfortable position on a chair,  you may wish to lie down  for at least ten  - fifteen minutes, of calm in a busy day.  If you have a gentle bell or a singing bowl, gently tap . Follow thesound...
Visualise this sound of the hum, let  it filter into your heart, soothing, relaxing, let this hum filter round your body, into your ears soothing, calming, taking away all the high - pitched clatter of your workplace, your home, your busy life - as bees are busy creatures, imagine this hum as a balm.
The humming sound is becoming quieter, calmer, the high pitch of your day is feeling less anxious for you. As you do this visualisation, this healing balm has now begun to soothe your heart area, your ears, and as you lie it is reverberating gently around your whole body, bringing you the tonic of the bee sound, the honey of life that is not just in its nectar, it is also carried in the sound....
As you rest quietely, know that as you are  slowly waiting for the hum to completely fade, and feel yourself awaken gently to the patter of your busy world, but now soothed to continue your day, after your refuge with nature pollinator, feeding your body and aura with melodic tones.
